Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your BidLens subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. On cancellation:

• You will continue to receive your digests until the end of the current paid billing period.
• We will not charge you again at the next renewal date.
• Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you re-subscribe, then deleted.

14-day right to cancel (UK consumer law)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers (non-business subscribers) have 14 days from the start of the first subscription to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund — provided you have not used the service substantively in that period.

Because BidLens delivers digital content (your first digest) within days of sign-up, by subscribing you agree that the service begins immediately and you may lose the 14-day right to cancel for any portion of the service already provided. We will, however, refund the unused remainder of the first month on request.

Our refund promise

If BidLens doesn't earn its keep in your first month, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Service issues

If the service is materially unavailable for a sustained period (more than 48 hours in a billing month) due to issues on our end, we will credit a pro-rata portion of your next bill. Source-side outages (Find a Tender Service, Contracts Finder) are outside our control and not covered.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the same email address as your subscription, stating the refund you are requesting and the reason. We will respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.
