Can I switch plans later?
Yes — email [email protected] and we'll prorate the change.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You'll continue to receive your digests until the end of the paid period; we don't auto-charge after that. See our refund policy for the 14-day right-to-cancel under UK consumer law.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not at the moment — but if BidLens doesn't earn its keep in your first month, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What if I need more profiles than my plan allows?
The plans cap at 5 profiles. If you need more (e.g. a procurement consultancy tracking many clients), email us — we'll do a custom plan.
