What's a capability profile?
One profile = one way you win work.
A profile is the sectors, regions, value range and plain-English description we score every tender against. Run one for your whole business, or several — say, IT services in the North and facilities management nationwide — and each gets its own scored digest. More profiles is why Pro and Team exist.

Yes — email [email protected] and we'll prorate the change.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You'll keep receiving digests until the end of the paid period; we don't auto-charge after that. See our refund policy for the 14-day right-to-cancel under UK consumer law.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not at the moment — but if BidLens doesn't earn its keep in your first month, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What if I need more than 5 profiles?
The plans cap at 5. If you need more (e.g. a procurement consultancy tracking many clients), email us — we'll do a custom plan.
